Ingredients
Cucumber, 1 medium unit
Tomato, 1 medium unit
Red pepper, 1 small unit
Yellow pepper, 1 small unit
Spinach, 1 handful
Iceberg lettuce, 1/4 average size
Zucchini, 1 small unit
Radish, 1 medium unit
Carrot, 1 medium unit
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Peeled pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons
Preparation
1. Cut the cucumber, tomato and peppers into cubes, tear the spinach leaves by hand into pieces, chop the lettuce, grate the zucchini and radish, and cut the carrot into semicircles.
2. Mix all the vegetables gently in a bowl.
3. Season with lemon juice and olive oil, sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds and serve.
