More than two years ago I decided to switch to veganism. I discovered a new world, full of colors and flavors, health and serenity. I hope to continue to discover what else can be made from nature, and that it will continue to surprise me every time again and again.
Married + 2, works in high-tech and loves to cook food for me and my family. A large part of the cooking is gluten-free due to celiac in the family and sensitivity to gluten in me, which challenges me even more.
I come from Polish cuisine, and add elements to it from every possible place.
Stir-fried, salads, pies and pancakes.
Einat Sagi, Ori Shavit, Natalie Holding, Avi Jan Levy.
A good non-stick pan.
Stir-fried with lots of vegetables.
The kugel pie my grandmother used to make. I hope to make it one day in a vegan and gluten-free version.
When you cook with love, you get it back twice as much.
Vegan patties with roasted eggplant and fried champignon mushrooms - a great dinner without meat that is also gluten-free
Easy vegan quinoa stew with a selection of vegetables and spices for a wonderful vegan main course without gluten
