Dry bulgur, 1/2 cup
Parsley, 1 bunch
Coriander, 1 bunch
Mint, 1 handful
Pomegranate seeds, 1 cup
Walnuts, 20 units
Apple with peel, 1 medium unit
Cranberries without added sugar, 2 tablespoons
Lemon without peel, 1 medium unit
Lemon juice, 2 units
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 3-4 tablespoons
1. Soak the bulgur for 20 minutes in boiling water and strain.
2. In a bowl, mix the parsley, coriander, mint, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, apple, cranberries and lemon.
3. Season right before serving with lemon juice, salt, black pepper and olive oil.
4. Mix the bulgur salad well and serve.
