Ingredients
Pasta, 2½ cups
Cherry tomatoes, 20 units
Red pepper, 1 small unit
Green pepper, 1 small unit
Yellow pepper, 2 small units
Red onion, 1/2 medium unit
Champignon mushrooms, 400 g
Olive oil, 1 teaspoon
Chives, 2 tablespoons
Kalamata olives, 1 handful
Dried tomatoes in oil, 100-150 g
Spicy harissa, 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
Olive oil, 1-2 tablespoons
Basil, 4 stems
Preparation
1. Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions (note: this is 2.5 cups of pasta that has already been cooked).
2. Early preparation: Slice/cut the cherry tomatoes in half, thinly slice the peppers (mini peppers), cut the red onion into small cubes and coarsely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
3. Slice the champignon mushrooms and stir-fry for about a minute and a half in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil (with all the liquids).
4. Mix all the ingredients well in a nice serving bowl.
