Carrot, 4 medium units
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Sweet paprika, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Spicy paprika, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Garlic, 3 cloves
Coriander, 1 handful
Spicy harrisa, 1½ tablespoons
Olive oil, 4 tablespoons
Lemon juice, 1 unit
1. Peel the carrots, cut into circles and cook for about 10 minutes until softened (do not cook too much, the carrots should be a little hard).
2. Transfer the carrots to a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
3. Mix well and refrigerate for several hours to absorb flavors.
4. A delicious and a little spicy carrot salad is obtained.
