Zucchini, 500 g
Parsley, 1/2 cup
Garlic, 3 cloves
Pine nuts, 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
Lemon, 1/2 medium unit
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
1. Cut the zucchini into thin strips (when the zucchini is fresh there is no need to peel).
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
3. Add more spices to taste, leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and decorate to your imagination.
