The Salad
Parsley, 1 bunch
washed and chopped
Dill, 1 bunch
washed and chopped
Coriander, 1 bunch
washed and chopped
Mint, 1 bunch
washed and chopped
Celery, 4 stalks
washed and chopped
Almond, 10 units
Walnut, 1/2 cup
or pecans
Pomegranate, 1 cup
Cranberry, 1/2 cups
Raisin, 6 tablespoons
The Seasoning
Lemon juice, 1 unit
freshly squeezed
Sesame oil, 4 tablespoons
Sugar, 1 flat teaspoon
Salt, 1/3 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/3 flat teaspoon


1. Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
2. Season with the squeezed lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar, salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.

Strawberries can be added to taste (optional).

The spices in the recipe are according to personal taste. You can also season with a sweet and sour sauce: 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of apple or regular vinegar, 1 pinch of salt to taste and 1 pinch of black pepper to taste.
