Easy Spicy Tomato salad

One of the most delicious and spicy salads - vegan tomato salad and hot green pepper with chopped coriander, fresh garlic and olive oil

Tomato, 5 large units
cut into cubes
Coriander, 1 bunch
finely chopped
Hot green pepper, 1 medium unit
finely chopped (without seeds)
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Garlic, 5 cloves
finely chopped
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
freshly squeezed
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
coarsely ground


1. Stir the olive oil with the garlic, lemon juice and spices.
2. Pour the seasoned olive oil over the tomato cubes.
3. Add the chopped coriander and hot green pepper, mix gently and set aside for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and decorate as you want.
