Peeled pine nuts, 2 tablespoons

Parsley, 1/4 cup
Lemon juice, 1 unit
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 1 tablespoon


1. Cut the cherry tomatoes and place in a bowl.
2. Add the pine nuts, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt and olive oil, and mix.
3. Transfer to a salad serving bowl.
