Cherry tomatoes, 500 g
Parsley, 1 handful
Coriander, 1 handful
Green onion, 1 medium unit
Mint, 1 handful
Peeled pine nuts, 25 g
Peeled sunflower seeds, 3 tablespoons
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice, 2 units
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon
1. Cut the tomatoes in half.
2. Finely chop the parsley, coriander, green onion and mint.
3. Lightly roast the pine nuts and sunflower seeds (no need to add oil).
4. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl, add the olive oil and lemon juice, mix, season with salt and black pepper and mix well again.
