Pico de Gallo - Mexican Tomato Salsa

Mexican tomato salad also called Pico de Gallo - Mexican spicy salsa, which I broke some conventions with my Mediterranean touch

Tomato, 10 medium units
ripe and firm
Red onion, 1 medium unit
Hot green pepper, 1/4 medium unit
Coriander, 1 bunch
Lemon juice, 3 tablespoons
freshly squeezed
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
excellent extra virgin
Thin pink salt from the Himalayas, 3/4 teaspoon
to taste
Fresh za'atar, leaves from 2 branches
well washed


1. Drain the tomato seeds and cut into small cubes.
2. Cut the red onion and hot green pepper into small cubes (keep the seeds away).
3. Finely chop the coriander.
4. Mix all the ingredients well, store in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving and enjoy a perfect tomato salsa!
