Leaf Salad with Mango and Pomegranates

Easy, quick and delicious leafy salad with mango slices, pomegranate seeds and red onion in dates honey and mustard sauce

The salad
Green leaves, 150 g
Mango, 1 large unit
cut into slices
Pomegranate, 1 cup
Red onion, 1 small unit
cut into thin strips
The sauce
Olive oil, 1/4 cup
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
freshly squeezed
Dates Honey, 1 tablespoon
Mustard, 1 teaspoon
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Garlic, 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
low sodium


1. In a bowl place all the salad ingredients, seal with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator.
2. Mix well all the sauce ingredients and keep in the refrigerator in a jar until serving.
3. Just next to serving pour the sauce over the salad, mix and serve.
