Green leaves, 1 handful
Arabian lettuce, 3 medium leaves
Cucumber, 1 medium unit
Tomato, 1 medium unit
Yellow pepper, 1 medium unit
Red pepper, 1 medium unit
Radish, 4 medium units
Sprouted black lentils, 3 tablespoons
Natural and peeled pine nuts, 1 tablespoon
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
Balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
1. Place all the vegetables, sprouted lentils and pine nuts in a bowl.
2. Mix well the olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar (the sauce).
3. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix gently everything together.
4. Serve immediately.
