Ingredients
Hot green pepper, 20 medium units
Coriander, 1 bunch
Garlic, 10 cloves
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Canola oil, 2 tablespoons
5% vinegar, 2 tablespoons
Cumin, 1 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Cut the peppers into large pieces and also the coriander.
2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and grind.
3. Put in a jar in the refrigerator.

Tip
You can also combine hot red peppers together with the hot green peppers (5 red and 15 green).
