Ingredients
Carrot, 1 medium unit
Pumpkin, 1 cup
Champignons mushrooms, 200 g
Zucchini, 1 medium unit
Red pepper, 1 medium unit
Lentil, 1 cup
Parsley, 1 tablespoon
Coriander, 1 tablespoon
Celery, 1 tablespoon
Dill, 1 tablespoon
Cumin, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Paprika, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Turmeric, 1/4 flat teaspoon
White pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Sea salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Boiling water, as needed
Preparation
1. Cut all the vegetables as you like, place them and the orange lentils in a pot, cover with boiling water and bring to a boil.
2. Add all the herbs and spices to taste, mix gently and bring to a boil again.
3. Cover the pot and lower to medium heat.
4. Cook for about 15 minutes or until all the vegetables are soft.
5. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
