without peel
Sweet paprika, 1 flat teaspoon
Caraway seeds, 1 flat teaspoon
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons


1. Mix the spices with the olive oil.
2. Spread the carrots in the mixture (you can also use regular carrots cut lengthwise).
3. Bake in the oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
