Lettuce, 1 medium root
Chinese sprouts, 100 g
Cherry tomato, 10 units
Mushroom, 10 units
Balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons
Date honey, 1 tablespoon
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Roasted cashew, 1 handful
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
1. Tear by hand medium pieces of lettuce.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the mushrooms.
3. Place the lettuce, sprouts, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms in a bowl.
4. Pour in the balsamic vinegar, date honey and olive oil, add the coarsely broken roasted cashews, salt and black pepper, and mix gently.
5. Serve immediately!
