Ingredients
Cauliflower, 1 medium unit
Broccoli, 1 medium unit
Carrot, 2-3 medium units
Zucchini, 4 medium units
Pumpkin, 300 g
Fennel, 1 head
American celery, 1/2 bunch
Dill, 1 bunch
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Water, 2-3 L
Preparation
1. Boil the cauliflower and broccoli (in separate pots) for about 10 minutes.
2. Transfer them to a large pot and add the carrots, zucchini, pumpkin, fennel, celery and dill.
3. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Cook the soup for about 30-40 minutes (check with a fork that the vegetables have not become mashed and that they are not hard of course).

Tip
Those who like can add potatoes, sweet potatoes and any other vegetable or other topping they like of course.
