Baked Potatoes with Herbs

Oven-baked potato slices with rosemary, thyme and olive oil

Potato, 1 kg
Onion, 1 medium unit
Rosemary, 3 stems
Thyme, 3 stems
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Coarse salt, 1 flat tablespoon
Black pepper, 1 flat teaspoon


1. Cut the potatoes into 1 cm cubes (you can peel the potatoes but not necessarily), the onion into quarters and leave the garlic whole.
2. Place in a baking pan, add the fresh herbs, olive oil and spices, and mix until evenly coated.
3. Place in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 1 hour or until softened and golden.

Changes and toppings: can be baked together with a whole garlic head. In addition, you can add a tablespoon of sweet/spicy/smoked paprika instead of herbs.
