Through cooking I express myself and my art, which is a great way to make other people happy for me. I enjoy preparing a wide variety of dishes, even those that are considered simple, in which I find a way to upgrade them by personal touch. Also, I am a perfectionist and work hard on every dish, and do not take it out if I am not satisfied with it when I finish preparing it.

Cooking should be healthy cooking based on quality, healthy and nutritious raw materials, and minimal seasoning that gives the raw materials the main role in the food. Cooking should be served with a great deal of love.
