Ingredients
The Main Salad Ingredians
Okra, 600 g
Garlic, 6 cloves
Cherry tomato, 10 units
Canola oil, 2 tablespoons
The Sauce
Canola oil, 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
Sugar, 1 flat teaspoon
Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Defrost the okra, place it on a paper towel and dry well.
2. Heat the oil, add the okra and fry. Stir occasionally until the okra is browned on all sides.
3. Add the garlic and cherry tomatoes, and continue to fry for another 3 minutes.
4. Mix the ingredients of the sauce.
5. Add the sauce to the okra and cook for another 6 minutes (make sure the okra does not soften). You can eat hot or cold (my recommendation is to eat cold).
