Vegan Tabbouleh Bulgur Salad

Vegan tabbouleh salad with thick bulgur, parsley and tomatoes - quick, tasty and easy to prepare

Dry bulgur, 1 cup
thick, washed and soaked in water
Parsley, 1 bunch
finely chopped
Tomato, 6 medium units
cut into small cubes
Olive oil, 4 tablespoons
Garlic, 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
freshly squeezed
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
to taste
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
to taste


1. Strain the bulgur well after soaking for about 10 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well (season further if necessary).
3. Set aside for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
4. Transfer to a nice serving dish and decorate with your imagination.
