Ingredients
White flour, 500 g
Salt, 1 flat tablespoon
Dry yeast, 1 tablespoon
Sugar, 1 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 1/3 cup
Green olive rings, 1/2 cup
Garlic, 5 large cloves
Water, 1½ cups

Preparation
1. Mix the flour with the salt, add the rest of the ingredients (add the water gradually, if necessary you can add) and knead into a soft but not sticky dough.
2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap, let it rise for about 1 hour, knead again and let it rise again until it doubles in volume.
3. Divide the dough into two equal parts, make 2 loaves of bread and place on baking paper in a suitable tray.
4. Sprinkle over flour, cut grooves with a sharp knife and let rise for another 20 minutes.
5. Bake in the oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
