Ingredients
Carrot, 3 medium units
Red pepper, 2 medium units
Green pepper, 1 medium unit
Cauliflower, 1 small unit
Cucumber, 2 medium units
Zucchini, 2 medium units
Garlic, 5 cloves
Lemon with peel, 1 medium unit
Water, as needed
Vinegar, as needed
Salt, as needed
Sugar, as needed
Preparation
1. Cut all the vegetables into strips/cubes/any shape you want (part the cauliflower into small flowers). The amount of vegetables depends on the size of the jar, and the vegetables should be fresh.
2. Put all the vegetables in a jar and fill with water and vinegar (ratio of 0.66 cup of water to 0.33 cup of vinegar - makes one cup of liquids).
3. Also add salt and sugar (1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar on each cup of water with vinegar).
4. Mix all the vegetables in the jar and close it tightly.
5. The pickled vegetables are ready after a few days.
