Cucumber with peel, 1 kg
fresh and clean
Garlic, 7 cloves
cut into slices
Hot green pepper, 1 medium unit,
cut
Dill, 1/2 bunch
washed
Water, as needed
Salt, as needed
1 teaspoon of salt to 1 cup of water
Vinegar, as needed
2 tablespoons per 1 cup of water (optional)
Preparation
