Cooked beet salad as a first course with parsley and lemon juice

Beet, 6 units‎
Parsley, 1/4 bunch ‎
Lemon juice, 3 units
freshly squeezed
Olive oil, 4 tablespoons
Sugar, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon


‎1. Boil the beets in water until softened (for those who do not want to mess with cooking, use a bag of ‎cooked beets you can buy at the supermarket). ‎
‎2. Strain and cool.‎
‎3. Cut the beets into cubes, chop the parsley, add all the other ingredients and mix well.‎
‎4. Keep in the refrigerator.‎
