Oven-Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Baked sweet potato slices with olive oil, coarse salt, thyme and rosemary - a delicacy for the sweet potato lovers

Sweet potato, 6 medium units
cut into slices
Coarse salt, 1/2 flat tablespoon
Dried thyme, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Dried rosemary, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons


1. Cut the sweet potatoes into slices (do not peel).
2. Place on the baking tray (with baking paper), season with the spices and add the olive oil to taste.
3. Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 25-30 minutes while in the middle of baking turn the sweet potatoes to their other side.
