What I most like to cook
Most like to cook pasta on any type. When I want to invest a little more I make fresh pasta, roll in the pasta machine and feel in Italy.
Childhood Memory
My childhood memory connects of course to mom. Aside from being a respectable career mother, she is the best cook I know. I Remember Fridays when I would come back from school to a warm home and smell the Sabbath delicacies. The table in the kitchen has been set for Friday’s regular lunch with the schnitzel, spaghetti and lettuce salad I dreamed about all day at school. To this day, there are no Fridays at the parents' house, in the kitchen mom cooks delicious food and the smells drive the neighbors crazy too (:
