Ingredients

White cabbage, 1 medium unit
cut into strips
Olive oil, 1/4 cup
Sesame, 1/3 cup, to taste
Lemon juice, 2 large units
freshly squeezed
Salt, 1 heaping teaspoon
Olive oil, 1/4 cup

Preparation

1. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
2. In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil (1/4 cup), add the sesame seeds and fry until golden but not burnt (its taste will become bitter).
3. Squeeze the lemons over the chopped cabbage and season with salt to taste.
4. Add the olive oil (1/4 cup) and the roasted sesame seeds (with a little of the frying oil) to the chopped cabbage and mix well.
5. Check flavors and serve.
6. Bon appetite (:

It is recommended to season near serving (since cabbage loses its volume and changes color). The preparation method includes frying/roasting.
