Ingredients
Cauliflower, 1 medium unit
Garlic, 6-7 cloves
Canned natural vinegar 5%, 1½ cups
Water, 1½ cups
Salt, 2 heaping teaspoons
Curry powder, 2 heaping teaspoons
Preparation
1. Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and cut into small flowers.
2. Place the cauliflower flowers in a large jar along with the peeled and whole garlic cloves.
3. Mix the water with the vinegar, curry powder and salt, and pour over the cauliflower.
4. Lay out of the refrigerator for about 3 days and then keep in the refrigerator.
