Ingredients
White beans, 1 cup
Canola oil, 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
Coriander, 1/2 cup
Garlic, 4 cloves
Pesto spread, 1 tablespoon
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Paprika, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Garlic powder, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Soak the white beans in water overnight.
2. Cook the beans until soft (it is best not to soften too much), strain and cool.
3. Mix the oil and lemon juice, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour the sauce over the cooked beans, mix, transfer to a serving dish and decorate as you like.
