Sweet Potato, 1 unit

Kohlrabi, 1 unit
Carrot, 3 unit
Pecans, 30 g - 50 g
Canola oil, 2 tablespoons
Dates honey, 2 tablespoons
Sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons
Chinese soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Colored peppercorns, 1/2 teaspoon
1. Peel all the vegetables, cut into large cubes and place in a bowl.
2. Mix the oil well with all the sauces and spices.
3. Pour the sauce over the vegetables, mix well and set aside to absorb the flavors.
4. Transfer to a Pyrex baking pan and bake in the oven at 450°F (230°C) for about 40 minutes or until the vegetables soften.
