Ingredients
Onion, 1 medium unit
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Cabbage, 1 large unit
Apple with peel, 2 large units
Carrot, 1 medium unit
Parsley, 1 bunch
Garlic, 4 cloves
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Turmeric, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Ground Ginger, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
Sugar, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Slightly fry the onion in olive oil until lightly golden.
2. Add the cabbage while stirring until the volume of the cabbage decreases.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and leave for about 30 minutes over low heat until the cabbage softens. There you have a simply perfect vegan steamed cabbage.
