Ingredients

The Tofu and The Cherry Tomatoes
Tofu, 300 g
Cherry tomatoes, 16 units
8 red and 8 yellow
The Marinade
Spicy ketchup, 10 tablespoons
Date honey, 2 tablespoons
Sweet chili sauce, 1/2 cup
Olive oil, 1/2 cup
Water, 3/4 cup
Chili spice, 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation

1. Cut the tofu into cubes of the desired size (I got 24 rather large cubes).
2. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and leave the tofu cubes and cherry tomatoes soaking in it for at least 10 hours.
3. Stick in each skewer 3 tofu cubes and 2 cherry tomatoes after soaking.
4. Roast on grill and during the roasting occasionally brush the tofu in the marinade.
5. Dip the tofu skewers in the marinade and serve.

The nutritional value does not include the chili spice. You can also make tofu skewers with mushrooms instead of cherry tomatoes. The marinade is very tasty on its own and can also be used as a dip for skewers.
