Ingredients
Red pepper, 2 medium units
Yellow pepper, 2 medium units
Green pepper, 2 medium units
Sweet potato, 2 medium units
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Sea salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Dried parsley, 1 flat tablespoon
Dried dill, 1 flat tablespoon
Dried coriander, 1 tablespoon
Preparation
1. Mix the vegetables with the olive oil and dried herbs.
2. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) turbo for about 45 minutes until the sweet potato slices are soft.
3. Eat hot (be careful not to finish the whole tray alone).
