Ingredients
Corn kernels, 3 cups
The corn cooking water, 1/2 cup
Gluten-free cornflakes, 60 g
Corn flour, 1 cup
Whole sesame tahini, 1 tablespoon
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Preparation
1. Grind with a rod blender 2 cups of the cooked corn kernels along with 0.5 cup of their cooking water.
2. Grind the gluten-free cornflakes in a food processor to the texture of bread crumbs.
3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except of the oil for greasing the baking paper and coating), taste and adjust seasoning (salt and pepper).
4. Form flattened patties by hand and place on a tray with lightly greased baking paper.
5. Spread a little olive oil on each using a silicone brush.
6. Bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
7. Eat hot!
