Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Tofu, 2 vacuum packs (600 g)
Low-sodium soy sauce, 6 tablespoons
Sweet or hot chili sauce, 6 tablespoons
Ketchup, 6 tablespoons
Frozen vegetables collection, 800 g
1. Cut the tofu into cubes and stir fry in a wok for about 5-10 minutes over high heat together with the olive oil, soy sauce, chili sauce and ketchup (depending on the tofu’s desired texture).
2. At the same time, cook the vegetables in a pot with boiling water for about 10-15 minutes until softened according to the preparation instructions (you can of course also use fresh vegetables to taste).
3. Add the cooked vegetables to the tofu and mix.
4. Stir fry for another 5-10 minutes.
