Corn, 14 cobs
Coarse salt, 1 flat tablespoon
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Rosemary, 2 stalks
Olive oil, 1/3 cup
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Peel the corn cobs and wash.
3. Lay in a large oven pan.
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lay rosemary leaves. Pour over the olive oil and mix.
5. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes (turn occasionally).
