Ingredients
Spaghetti, 500 g
Canola oil, 3 tablespoons
Tomato, 3 medium units
Garlic, 1 teaspoon
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Paprika, 1 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Hot water, 1/2 cup
Preparation
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the manufacturer's instructions, rinse and strain.
2. In a pan mix the oil with the tomato paste, garlic and spices, add the water gradually until the desired sauce thickness.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti, mix well for a few more minutes on a low heat, transfer to a serving dish and decorate as you like. You get spaghetti in tomato sauce for lunch after school.
