Ingredients
Fusilli noodles from brown rice, 250 g
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Leek, 1 unit
Champignon mushrooms, 1 basket (200 g)
Red pepper, 1 large unit
Zucchini, 1 medium unit
Garlic Chili Sauce, 1 tablespoon
Curry powder, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Turmeric, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Sweet paprika, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Sea salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Heat the olive oil in a large and wide pan.
2. Add the vegetables to the pan, fry for about 10 minutes and mix during frying.
3. Cook the rice noodles according to the manufacturer's instructions and strain.
4. Add the rice noodles and spices to the pan with the vegetables, mix, lower the heat and cook with the lid closed for about 5 minutes.
5. Mix lightly, transfer to a serving dish and eat hot.
