Ingredients
Pasta, 400 g
Water, 1 L
Salt, 1 flat tablespoon
Canola oil, 1/4 cup
Garlic, 1 tablespoon
Basil, 1 tablespoon
Curry powder, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black olives, 1/2 can (150-200 g)
Parsley, 2 tablespoons
Cherry tomatoes, 10 units
Preparation
1. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes or until softened, wash with cold water and strain.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the spices and olives (wash and soak them a little in water to remove the saltiness), mix, add the pasta and mix again until the pasta absorbs the spices (3-4 minutes).
3. Transfer to a serving dish and decorate with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
