Pasta with Black Olives

Pasta with black olives, basil, parsley and cherry tomatoes - a delicious, easy and quick meal after a day of work

Pasta, 400 g
any shape you like
Water, 1 L
for cooking the pasta
Salt, 1 flat tablespoon
for cooking the pasta
Canola oil, 1/4 cup
Garlic, 1 tablespoon
Basil, 1 tablespoon
fresh and finely chopped
Curry powder, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black olives, 1/2 can (150-200 g)
pitted, washed and soaked in water
Parsley, 2 tablespoons
chopped - for decoration
Cherry tomatoes, 10 units
chopped - for decoration


1. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes or until softened, wash with cold water and strain.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the spices and olives (wash and soak them a little in water to remove the saltiness), mix, add the pasta and mix again until the pasta absorbs the spices (3-4 minutes).
3. Transfer to a serving dish and decorate with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
