Ingredients
Onion, 1 medium unit
Garlic, 2 cloves
White mushrooms, 6 average size units
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Quinoa, 1 cup
Orange lentil, 1 cup
Spinach, 1 cup
Whole rice flour, 2 flat tablespoons
Potato flour, 1 heaping tablespoon
Hawaij for soup, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Curry powder, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Sea salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Preparation
1. Fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil until soft and lightly browned.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except the oil for frying the patties).
3. Form flattened patties and fry in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil, until lightly browned.
4. Place on paper towels, transfer to a serving dish and eat hot those delicious vegan patties!
