Fusilli Rice Pasta in Tomato Sauce

Brown rice fusilli in an easy to make tomato sauce - a great dish for kids (both vegan and gluten-free)

Brown rice fusilli, 225 g
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
extra virgin
Crushed tomatoes, 260 g
Tomato paste, 100 g
Ketchup, 2 teaspoons
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon
coarsely ground - to taste


1. Cook the rice pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions, rinse, strain and return to the pot.
2. Gently mix the rice pasta with all the other ingredients over low heat for about 5 minutes.
3. Serve and eat hot.
