Vegan Cabbage Salad with Sesame Seeds and Nigella

Ingredients

Cabbage, 1 medium unit
cut into thin strips
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Sesame, 3 tablespoons
Canola oil, 3 tablespoons
5% vinegar, 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
low sodium
Date honey, 1 tablespoon
Nigella, 1 tablespoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
coarsely ground
Sugar, 1 flat teaspoon

Preparation

1. Sprinkle the salt over the cabbage cut into thin strips, mix well and set aside.
2. In a dry pan, roast the sesame seeds until golden, stirring occasionally.
3. Cool the sesame seeds a little, transfer to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well (if necessary, you can add more spices).
4. Pour the sauce over the cabbage, mix well and set aside for about 1 hour to absorb the flavors. You have an easy and delicious vegan cabbage salad.
