Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Carrot, 1 large unit
Onion, 1 medium unit
Red pepper, 1 medium unit
Sweet potato, 1 large unit
Raisins, 3 tablespoons
Peeled sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons
Peeled pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons
Dried apricots, 10 units
Pine nuts, 1 tablespoon
Cranberries, 1 tablespoon
Cardamom, 3 pods
Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Cinnamon, 1/4 flat teaspoon
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the carrot.
2. Add the onion, mix for about 2 minutes, add the red pepper and sweet potato and continue to fry for about 15 minutes until all the vegetables have softened (stir occasionally).
3. Add all the other ingredients and spices.
4. Continue to fry for about 5 minutes while stirring and transfer to a serving dish.
