Easy and quick vegan sunflower sprouts salad with a variety of vegetables seasoned with avocado oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice

Ingredients

Sunflower sprouts, 1 plastic box
Cucumber with peel, 1 medium unit
cut into cubes
Tomato, 1 medium unit
cut into cubes
Red pepper, 1 medium unit
cut into cubes
Yellow pepper, 1 medium unit
cut into cubes
Orange pepper, 1 medium unit
cut into cubes
Cucumber pickles in vinegar, 2 average sizes
cut into cubes
Arabian lettuce, 3 medium leaves
cutted
Avocado oil, 1 tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
freshly squeezed

Preparation

1. Mix all the chopped vegetables together in a bowl.
2. Add the avocado oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice near the time of serving and mix lightly.
