Ingredients
Whole green bean, 800 g
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Sesame, 3 tablespoons
Atlantic sea salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Garlic powder, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Gluten-free organic soy sauce, 1 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Cook the green bean according to the manufacturer's instructions and strain.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and fry the cooked green bean in it.
3. Add the sesame seeds, spices and soy sauce (you can also use regular soy sauce if you are not sensitive to gluten), and continue to stir-fry for about 10 minutes, stirring lightly occasionally.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot (also delicious cold).
