Seasoned Vegan Tofu Cheese

Crumbled tofu cheese seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and spices especially for vegans

Tofu, 350 g
gluten-free and organic
Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
extra virgin
Lemon juice, 1 teaspoon
freshly squeezed
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
White pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Paprika, 1/4 flat teaspoon
sweet - to spread over


1. Mash the tofu with a fork to the texture of a cottage cheese in a bowl.
2. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and spices to the tofu and mix.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle over sweet paprika to taste.
