Ingredients
Tofu, 100 g
Onion, 1 medium unit
Coconut oil, 1 tablespoon
Harissa, 1 heaping tablespoon
Baby leaves, 75 g
Capers, 2 tablespoons
Olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon
Basil, 1 stalk
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
Mustard, 1/2 teaspoon
Date honey, 1 teaspoon
Salt, 1 pinch
Preparation
1. Stir-fry the tofu and onion (cut into strips) in a pan with the coconut oil.
2. Add the harissa, continue to stir fry until browned and cool slightly.
3. Mix the baby leaves with the tofu mixture.
4. Add the capers and all other ingredients and mix well.
