Oven Baked Potatoes with Tuscan Spice

An easy and simple vegan recipe for baked potato cubes with a crazy Tuscan seasoning - definitely a delicious addition to the main course at every meal

Potato, 10 medium units
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
excellent extra virgin
Sea salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Tuscan seasoning mixture, 1 tablespoon


1. Place baking paper in the oven tray.
2. Cut the potatoes (on their skins) into small to medium cubes.
3. Mix the potatoes with the olive oil, salt and Tuscan seasoning mixture.
4. Transfer to the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) turbo until browned.
5. Transfer to a large serving dish and serve hot.
